You MUST be a member of Good Sam Club to register. You are welcome to visit, but must be a GS member to register, click here to join!
State Staff, Host Chapter members, Vendors not lodging on-site and all other comps: Please read the categories for registration and fees. You may want or need to pre-pay any miscellaneous fees (meals, etc.) with PayPal before filling out the form. If you ARE NOT REQUIRED to pay any fees because of a complimentary admission, Click here. This option is to be used for complimentary attendees only!
You MUST pay through PayPal's online payment service PRIOR to completing the pre-registration form. You do not have to be registered with PayPal to use their service. To learn how it works and/or to register, click on their icon located above.
By clicking the "Click here to pay your Samboree fees" option below, you will be taken to the order page and then to PayPal for payment. Note: A personal account is free, no charge to you to setup an account! You may also pay without establishing an account at all. Upon your payment through PayPal, they will send a confirmation email to you and the State Samboree Registrar. Please print a copy of your receipt and bring it with you to the Samboree.
Immediately after completing your Paypal payment you will be automatically re-directed to the pre-registration form page. The pre-registration form is only accessible after you complete your payment, so allow enough time to complete the entire pre-registration process before beginning.
If you are not re-directed to the form or something happens that delays your completing the form, you must contact the webmaster from the home page or the contact page to regain access to the pre-registration form.
Every question on the form with a * MUST be answered. Take your time filling in the form, every answer is needed. If you leave out a vital piece of information the form will give an error notice and you will be required to re-fill the form. please print the confirmation page and bring it with you to the Samboree.
Take great care when entering your Email address as you will be sent a confirmation of your registration via Email.
Due to the security features built into Paypal it may be necessary for you to disable any pop-up blockers and third party firewalls that you are running on your computer. AOL, Juno and Net Zero users may also have technical problems with Paypal due to their branded browsers and privacy features. If you have a problem and are using AOL, Juno or Net Zero, check with them before condemning Paypal or our website. This website and its associated features with Paypal have been proofed using Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Netscape and Opera browsers. It also has been proofed with Zone Alarm firewall and Norton Anti-Virus.
